Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026 · Last Updated: May 1, 2026

This Policy is presented in two parts. Part 1 covers scope, prohibited conduct, content restrictions, and AI-specific rules. See "Acceptable Use Policy – Part 2" for security, third-party services, enforcement, reporting, disclaimers, and other legal terms.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") governs your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, APIs, AI features, learning content, communications tools, affiliate program, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Prompted, together with its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns ("Prompted," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is intended to ensure the integrity, security, lawful operation, and educational mission of the Service, to protect Prompted, our users, our partners, and the public, and to comply with applicable law.

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, or by enabling, allowing, or directing any other person to do so on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

This AUP applies to all users of the Service, including registered users, free-tier users, paid subscribers, affiliates, instructors, administrators, organizational users, guests, automated agents acting on your behalf, and any other person accessing or using the Service through your account or credentials.

In addition to the other restrictions in this AUP, you agree not to use the Service or AI Features to:

  • Generate, attempt to generate, or facilitate the generation of: (a) content that infringes the intellectual-property rights or privacy rights of any person; (b) malware, ransomware, phishing kits, hacking tools, exploit code, or instructions for cyberattack, network intrusion, or evasion of technical protection measures; (c) instructions or content that materially facilitates the creation of weapons capable of mass harm (including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons), illicit drugs, or other dangerous goods; (d) content that incites or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or child sexual abuse material; (e) targeted harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery; (f) deceptive synthetic media intended to defraud, manipulate, or interfere with elections, financial markets, or legal proceedings; or (g) personalized medical, legal, financial, immigration, or other professional advice presented as professional advice from a licensed professional;

  • Encourage, assist, or solicit any other person to do any of the foregoing.

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, take any technical, operational, or legal measures we deem appropriate to detect, prevent, mitigate, investigate, or respond to violations of this Section 5, including blocking IP addresses, suspending accounts, throttling activity, removing content, and cooperating with law-enforcement authorities.

The Service may interoperate with third-party websites, applications, APIs, and services, including payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, analytics providers, marketing platforms, and identity providers (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). Your use of any Third-Party Service is subject to that Third-Party Service's own terms of service, acceptable-use policies, and privacy policies. The enforcement actions listed above are cumulative and not exclusive. Our exercise or non-exercise of any remedy in a particular case does not waive any other remedy or any future right to enforce this AUP. We are under no obligation to take action against any user or content, and any decision to do so or not to do so is in our sole discretion.

11. No Endorsement; No Liability for User Conduct

We do not endorse, sponsor, or vouch for any User Content, AI Output, or third-party content available on or through the Service, and we do not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or non-infringement of any such content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the conduct, content, or omissions of any user, third party, or AI model, whether online or offline, or for any damages arising from such conduct, content, or omissions.

12. Modifications and Severability

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, business operations, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, such as by posting the updated AUP on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. 13. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THIS AUP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMPTED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AUP OR ANY ENFORCEMENT OR NON-ENFORCEMENT OF THIS AUP.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompted and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of this AUP or our Terms of Service; (b) your User Content or AI Outputs you generate; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any conduct in your account or by any person you allow to use your account.
